PAR Food and Beverage SDN BHD (“Company”, “PAR F&B”, “we” or “us”) maintains “The Coffee Bean Brunei Rewards” mobile application (“mobile application”) and this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the collection, use and disclosure of information when using our mobile application and other PAR F&B’s services that link to this policy. This Policy does not apply to other websites or services not owned by us and/or are operated by third parties that do not link to this privacy policy.

This policy applies to all users accessing our Rewards mobile application and may be modified from time to time. By continuing to access or utilize our services or products, you hereby voluntarily consent to the use and collection of your information as described in this Policy.

Information We Collect

1. Information You Provide to Us

We collect personal information that is provided directly to us. Personal information may include but is not limited to name, email address, phone number, Identification card number, passport number, address, gender, date of birth, personal interests and any other similar forms and/or any information about you.

The provision of your information is voluntary. However, if not provided with your information, our services or products may not be fully accessible to you. Any information provided by you may be used as described in our Use of Information.

2. Information collected when using our services

When using our Services, we may automatically collect certain information, including, but not limited to:

• When an order is placed, information about the transaction including the items ordered, the transaction amount, delivery or pickup address, order date and payment method.
• We collect the log information when using our service, including the log-in time and date to monitor the use of our mobile application.
• We may collect information related to your selected location and other saved locations when using our online service. This information is collected to enhance your experience when using our services making it more convenient for you when using the mobile application.

In addition to the Information provided by you and collected automatically by our service, we may collect information from other sources including but not limited to surveys, third parties, our affiliates or publicly available sources.

Use of Information

Information about you or others that you have provided on your own volition may be used by us for purposes described in this Policy or disclosed to you on our Sites or with our Services. These purposes may include but not limited to:

Information may be shared with service providers that provide us with support services such as but not limited to payment processing, email and notification delivery, location mapping, product and service delivery.

Information may also be shared if we believe the disclosure is required by law or necessary to enforce our agreements or policies or protect the rights, property, safety of PAR F&B or our customers or partners.

Your personal information is protected and safeguards are in place to prevent any loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure or misuse of information. In the event of a breach of personal information, we may notify you electronically, if permitted to do so by law.

By using PAR F&B services and/or mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and agree and consent to the use of your information as described above.

We reserve the right to modify, update or amend the terms of this Policy. Any updates or changes will be posted on this page and the revision date will be updated. Any modifications will be notified to you if the usage or disclosure of your information is affected.
